Siemens KG86PAI-CON Refrigerator Stopped Cooling

When everyone praises their brand during the research, you end up regretting it when problems arise after the purchase. Siemens has been nothing but a disappointment and regret. The supposed superior product I bought, the KG86PAI-CON 86 cm gray refrigerator, purchased on March 16, 2024, started spoiling my food within just one month. Installation was done on March 18, 2024. During Ramadan, food was running out quickly. After Ramadan, my meals started spoiling. On Saturday, my dessert tasted off, and by Monday evening, it was clearly spoiled. The service team measured and found that the cooling section, which should be at 4 degrees, was reaching 8 degrees. The lowest cooling setting showed 6.7 to 6.9 degrees. They took the device for inspection, promising to call back the next day. They called, claiming the factory found no issues and advised me to set the fridge temperature between 2 and 20 degrees. If there's no problem, why ask the factory to lower the temperature? Later, my dessert developed mold, clearly spoiling. Another technician confirmed cooling issues and suggested opening the unit, which I refused, insisting on a replacement for my nearly new fridge. They redirected me to their headquarters, claiming technical product protocols. Why should I open a newly purchased item? Why deny the problem with your faulty product? Why make customers suffer? I see no resolution coming from you. Stop pretending to care with fake solutions. How can Siemens, a major company, operate like this? Finally, I've filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and await resolution. This situation is a disgraceful waste of my money. I've been dealing with this since May, and now it's the end of June.
