Siemens Service Can't Solve Fridge Problem For 1 Month !!
I bought a Siemens refrigerator in January 2024, but it hasn't been cooling properly. On May 8, 2024, I filed a complaint regarding this matter. They stated that a part replacement was required. Unfortunately, the part from Germany still hasn't arrived since May 8, 2024. I'm really unhappy with Siemens for not providing us with a refrigerator for an entire month. 1) What causes a new fridge to malfunction? No answers yet. 2) There seems to be no end in sight as a result of a delay that has lasted for an entire month.
