The Siemens KD76NXWE0N refrigerator makes a loud, disturbing noise like a drill while running and spoils food in just 2–3 days. Although I have called the service team several times, they only change the temperature setting and leave. This situation causes both financial loss and constant discomfort in our daily life. We constantly hear this drill-like noise at home, and the cheese I buy doesn’t last more than two days. The service refuses to admit that the product is defective. I regret choosing the Siemens brand.
