Hello, I recently purchased a refrigerator with the code KG86PAICON, and it was installed on 07.10.2024. The refrigerator is emitting an abnormal "piercing high-pitched noise" while running. The authorized dealer from whom I bought the product, Dağdeviren in Ankara-Keçiören, confirmed that this noise is abnormal and advised me to request a "REPLACEMENT" with a properly functioning unit. However, when the authorized service team visited my home, they claimed this sound was typical for these models. Yet, other users I’ve spoken to also agree that the noise is extremely disturbing and abnormal. It's surprising that Siemens, a reputable company, is not acknowledging this clear issue and refusing to replace the refrigerator. For a product that cost me ₺48,000, this noise is unacceptable. Please replace it with the same model. I have attached a video and sound recording for your reference.
After my complaint, I was called by the Siemens Authorized Service, and they told me that the authorized service would come between 17:00 and 20:00. I left work and went home, but no one came. The next day, I was called again and was told that the authorized service would come again the next day between 17:00 and 20:00. I left work and went home again, and again no one came. Then Siemens called again and the Headquarters stated that this noise is normal. I said that this noise is a sound that numbs our brains, and if it were a normally functioning refrigerator, why would I leave my work and demand a replacement? Of course, there was no answer. Siemens has truly caused a lot of trouble for me and my family. Everyone I let hear this noise from the brand I trusted said it was abnormal, but only Siemens officials say it is normal. I went to the Keçiören Siemens Authorized Dealer and the Ankamall Siemens Authorized Dealer where I bought the refrigerator. I listened to the same refrigerator's noise at Ankamall Siemens, and there was no noise. So, where is this normal noise, Siemens?
Siemens called last and the authorized person said that there might be an issue with the refrigerator's circuit board. I said, "I thought there was no problem." What an ugly situation. They expect me to listen to the refrigerator noise I uploaded to the site for 10-15 years. I trust the legal system in my country. Hopefully, they will resolve this injustice.
