Sidra App Locked Me Out After Authenticator Lost - No Support Response

I have been unable to log in to my Sidra mobile app for about the last two months because I lost access to my authenticator code that is required for two‑factor authentication. Since losing the authenticator, I have not been able to enter my account at all. I contacted Sidra through their support team website and clearly explained that I had lost access to my authenticator and therefore could not log in. However, I have not received any response from them and my access problem is still ongoing. I request that my two‑factor authenticator be reset or changed, or that an alternative secure method be provided so that I can regain access to my account. I expect Sidra to respond to my support request as soon as possible and help me restore access to my account in a safe way.
