Sidra Dashboard 2FA Lost - Unable To Access Account

I have been unable to log in to my Sidra Dashboard app because I lost access to my two-factor authentication code and can no longer complete the 2FA step. This problem has been ongoing since 2025. My Sidra account is registered to the email address inura0***@gmail.com. I had enabled two-factor authentication in 2024, and since losing the authenticator access I have been completely locked out of my account. I have not been able to contact Sidra customer support through any other channel before this, so I am now requesting help to recover my account and secure my existing payments, subscriptions, and any balances linked to it. I kindly request that, after verifying my identity using my registered email address and any other security checks you may require, you disable the current two-factor authentication on my account or provide an alternative recovery method so that I can regain access to my Sidra Dashboard safely.
