Complaint For Deactivation Of My Sidra Chain Account
I have been mining with Sidra chain since October 2022, and on 11 March 2026 I woke up to discover that my account had been deactivated without any prior notice or explanation. My user ID is tonybigso***, my name is Anthony I*** M***, my registered email is anthony***[email protected] and my phone number is +2347069541***. After noticing that my account was deactivated, I contacted Sidra chain customer support, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is very worrying for me, as I have been using the platform for a long time and had trusted the service. I kindly request that my mining account be reactivated as soon as possible and that I am informed about the reason why it was deactivated in the first place.
