Sidra Chain Account Reactivation

I am a Sidra Chain user and I have a mining account that has suddenly been marked as inactive. When I try to log in, the system shows a message stating that my account is inactive, and I can no longer use my mining account as before. This problem started today without any prior warning or explanation. My name and email address have already been shared with the Sidra Chain team as requested, and I have submitted two separate requests to support about this issue. However, I have not received any response or explanation so far, and my account remains inactive. I kindly request that my Sidra Chain mining account be urgently reactivated and that I be informed of the reason why it was deactivated in the first place. I expect my access to be restored as soon as possible so that I can continue my mining activities without further interruption.
