Cannot Access Sidra Chain Account After Sudden Deactivation

I have been using the Sidra Chain app as a freelancing and mining platform since March 2024, and my account has been active and used regularly during this period. However, on 2 March 2026, I suddenly became unable to access my account and realized that it had been deactivated without any prior warning or clear explanation. Since the deactivation, I have tried to contact Sidra Chain support, but I have not received any response regarding the reason for the deactivation or what I need to do to resolve the situation. I sincerely apologise if I unknowingly violated any rule or made any mistake that led to this action, and I am ready to comply with all terms and conditions of the platform. Through this complaint, I kindly request that my Sidra Chain account linked to the email address didolukape***@gmail.com be reviewed and reactivated so that I can continue my mining activities and use the platform as before. I also request to be informed about the reason for the deactivation, so that I can avoid any similar issue in the future.
