I am writing regarding a problem with my Sidra Chain KYC portal account. On 10/06/2026, I accidentally tapped the “Deactivate” option on my account, and since then I have been unable to sign in or access my KYC portal. This deactivation was a mistake, and I urgently need my account to be restored so that I can log in and continue using your services. I have not contacted your support channels before about this issue and am reaching out now to request your assistance. I kindly request that my KYC account be reactivated and my access fully restored as soon as possible.
