Appeal For Sidra Chain  Account Reactivation

I am writing regarding an issue with my Sidra Chain user mining account, which is registered under the username @basylia05 and the email address basilianw****@gmail.com. My account has been marked as “Deactivated” even though I have successfully completed KYC and consistently followed all platform guidelines. I have been using the Sidra Chain mining app since January 2024 and rely on it for my daily mining validations.

The problem began after the recent system migration, when KYCPORT started repeatedly displaying the messages “Could Not Authorise” and “Account Deactivated.” Since December 28, 2025, I have been unable to log in through either the mobile app or the web portal. As a result, I have not been able to perform my daily mining validations.

I contacted Sidra Chain support on December 31, 2025, regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is extremely discouraging, as I have met all requirements and completed my KYC, yet my account remains deactivated without any explanation.

I respectfully request that my account status be urgently reviewed and reactivated so that I can resume my daily mining validations. In addition, I ask that my full mining history be restored and that appropriate compensation be provided for the days I have been unable to access my account since December 28, 2025. I would appreciate a prompt and clear update on the resolution of this issue.

Thank you for forwarding my message to Sidra Chain since January 28. Just that they've not responded to my appeal.
