Sidra Chain Support Ignored My Requests to Reset 2FA
I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account for about a month because I lost my 2FA codes. Since then, I have not been able to log in to my account at all. During this period, I wrote to Sidra Chain support, but I have not received any feedback or guidance on how to recover my account. This situation is very worrying for me because I need to mine and complete my daily face verification and KYC processes in order not to lose my Sidra account and its related rights. I kindly request that my 2FA be reset or another secure recovery method be provided so that I can regain access to my Sidra Chain account and continue my daily verifications and KYC without risking the loss of my account.
