Sidra Chain Account Deactivated - Fix My KYC Issue

I have been using my Sidra Chain account since 2024 and have been regularly claiming my tokens. I also completed the KYC process successfully. However, it now shows that my account has been deactivated. I have not done anything wrong. Please reactivate my account so I can use it again. Thank you. Email: junaidk***03125038***@gmail.com
