Sidra Chain Support Not Responding as Verified Account Becomes Inaccessible

I have been using my Sidra Chain account via Google Chrome since 2025, and I have been regularly claiming my tokens. I also completed the KYC process, and my account was verified. Despite this, my account now appears as deactivated, and when I try to log in, it shows the message “could not authorize”. I have not violated any rules, and I did not perform any suspicious or unusual activity on my account before this problem occurred. The issue started around 10–11 December, when I first saw the “could not authorize” warning while attempting to log in. Since then, I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account and my tokens. I contacted your support by email, but my problem has not been resolved, and I still cannot log in to my account. I request that my Sidra Chain / Sidra Coin account be urgently reviewed, reactivated, and that my verification status be corrected so that I can regain access to my tokens.
