Sidra Chain KYC Verification Delay - Multiple Accounts Stuck In Portal

I have multiple Sidra Chain KYC Portal accounts for myself and my family members, and all of them have been stuck in “Pending” status for a very long time. I uploaded all the required documents for KYC on 18 June 2024, but even after about nine months, none of the accounts have been verified. All documents were submitted correctly through the portal, and there has been no update or change in status since then. Because the KYC is still pending, we are unable to properly use our Sidra accounts as intended. I have already tried to contact Sidra Chain support about this problem, but I did not receive any response. I find this lack of feedback and such a long delay very upsetting and worrying. I kindly request that you urgently review and verify all of our Sidra Chain KYC accounts, or at least provide a clear explanation for the delay and what needs to be done from our side so that verification can be completed as soon as possible.
