Waves Turntable from Shopify Barbi Store Stuck in Customs for Weeks
Four weeks ago, I purchased a Waves turntable from the Shopify Barbi Store, paying online. Initially, everything seemed fine, but when I checked their website to track my order, I noticed a message stating, "As of 12/09/24, our products are stuck in customs."
It has now been nearly a month, and I still haven’t received my product. I have emailed them multiple times, but no one has provided any updates or solutions. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
I am frustrated with the delay, as I’ve lost both my money and time. I demand a refund or immediate delivery of my turntable. Shopify Barbi Store must address this issue and improve their customer support.
