Shopify Purchase from Ghetoswears Never Delivered, Refund Denied

On 12/10/24, I purchased a product from Ghetoswears via Shopify, but the company never sent the item. I’ve made numerous attempts to contact them, but they are completely unresponsive. Despite Shopify acting as the payment intermediary, they have also failed to assist with resolving the issue or processing my refund. This lack of support is unacceptable. I can neither get updates on the product I paid for nor recover my money. As a customer, I feel ignored and scammed by both Ghetoswears and Shopify. I demand immediate action to either deliver the product or issue a full refund. Shopify must hold its merchants accountable for such negligence. Please resolve this urgently!
