How to Track My Shopify Order or Get a Refund
I placed an order through Shopify.com on September 16, expecting a smooth process. The order status showed "shipped" on September 17, but since then, I’ve received no updates on my package's whereabouts. Despite numerous attempts to contact the seller through multiple platforms, I have not received any response or assistance.
It’s been over a month, and I am left with no information about my order or its delivery status. This lack of communication and accountability is highly frustrating. I demand an immediate refund for my purchase if the product cannot be delivered promptly. Shopify must ensure its platform enforces seller accountability to avoid situations like this. I await a swift resolution.
