Shopify Order Never Arrived, Seller Unreachable for Over a Month

I placed an order through a seller on Shopify over a month ago, but the item never arrived. When I tried contacting the seller for updates, I received no response, and their website appears to have been shut down. Despite this, the seller continues to operate and list products on Shopify, which is highly concerning.
I’ve waited patiently, but I’m frustrated with the lack of communication and accountability. Shopify is a trusted platform, and I expect them to monitor sellers and resolve issues like this promptly. I request immediate assistance in either retrieving my order or receiving a full refund. Allowing unreliable sellers to operate tarnishes Shopify’s reputation. Please address this matter urgently.
