Waves Turntable from Shopify Barbi Store Not Delivered After 4 Weeks—Requesting Refund
I purchased a Waves turntable from Shopify Barbi Store through online payment four weeks ago. Initially, everything seemed fine, but when I checked the website to track my order, I found a note stating, "As of 12/09/24, our products are stuck in customs."
Despite several attempts to contact them via email, I have received no updates or assistance regarding my order. It’s been four weeks, and I am still waiting for my product. This lack of communication and failure to deliver has caused me to lose both my money and time.
I demand a full refund for the undelivered product and expect Shopify Barbi Store to improve its customer service and resolve this issue promptly.
