No Delivery or Response for My Order from Tattoopia on Shopify

I placed an order for five temporary tattoos from Tattoopia via Shopify on October 8, but I have yet to receive any shipment or update. Despite reaching out via email to report the delay, I received no response, even though their website claims to reply within 24-48 hours.

It’s frustrating to see no communication or effort to resolve this issue. I trusted this store to deliver on time, but instead, I’m left waiting indefinitely with no information.

I demand immediate action to either send my order or issue a full refund. Shopify and Tattoopia need to improve their service and address customer concerns promptly. This experience has been extremely disappointing.
