I ordered hair accessories from Shopier this week, but what I received looks nothing like what I originally ordered. The product they sent is completely different, and I would never have chosen it.
When I contacted the seller, they initially responded and promised to send a return code for the refund process. But after that message, they completely stopped responding. No return code, no update, nothing. I have sent multiple messages, but they continue to ignore me.
If the item had at least been something I liked, I wouldn’t be making such a big deal out of it. But this is not what I paid for! Shopier, I demand a response and an immediate return process.
