I placed an order on June 1st from the Pinku Ceramic page on Shopier, and it’s now been well over ten days with absolutely no shipping update. The products haven’t even been handed over to cargo, and I can’t get in touch with the seller at all. Their Instagram page hasn’t been active for quite a while, which makes me think they may have stopped selling altogether.
This is not my first time ordering from them—I had a smooth experience in the past—but this time the delay is unacceptable. I’ve waited long enough. I no longer want the items and I’m requesting an immediate cancellation and full refund of my ₺.
Shopier, if the seller is unreachable, then you need to step in and take action. I won’t sit around while my money disappears. Handle this issue now and refund me.
