I purchased a Shiseido Ginza perfume for 2,309.70₺, expecting a high-quality, original product. However, the perfume has almost no scent, no matter how much I spray. It simply does not smell like an authentic fragrance.
I reported this issue to the seller, and after smelling the perfume, they also admitted that it had no noticeable scent. I requested an inspection, and while it was sent for review, I received a rejection with no clear explanation. When I asked why, the store staff dismissed me, saying they had no control over the company’s decision.
This is completely unacceptable. I spent a significant amount of money on this perfume, and I feel scammed. I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, but I demand a resolution and a refund for this faulty, non-original product!
