I ordered a Shiseido Zen perfume from a seller named Beaute Kozmetik A.Ş. on Trendyol.com, expecting the authentic product I’ve used before. However, when I opened the box, I was shocked! The bottle was completely different from the official design sold worldwide. Instead of the standard cap, it had an unfamiliar wooden lid that I had never seen before.
It wasn’t just the cap—the entire bottle seemed inauthentic. I didn’t even use the perfume once. When I questioned the seller about the unusual packaging, they responded that "new products are now being sold in eco-friendly packaging." I did my research, and Shiseido has made no such change. Their perfumes are still sold in their original packaging.
I immediately returned the item, but my refund request was denied because the product was "opened and not suitable for resale." How am I supposed to check the cap without opening the box? Trendyol’s customer service refuses to help, leaving me with a fake product and no refund.
Trendyol, I demand my refund! Stop protecting fraudulent sellers and take responsibility!
