I Bought Bvlgari Wood Essence and It Has No Scent at All

On Tuesday, December 26 at 7:37 PM, I purchased a bottle of Bvlgari Man Wood Essence from the YKM Adana store. Since then, I’ve been questioning whether I was sold a fake product—or at best, one that’s completely defective.

This isn’t just about weak longevity or fading fast. There is absolutely no scent. Not even the faintest trace. I’ve smelled counterfeit perfumes before that still had at least some fragrance—but this? Nothing.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the sales staff assured me it was EDP quality, with longevity close to a pure parfum. That’s what convinced me to buy it. Yet here I am with an expensive bottle (₺) of scentless liquid.

I request an immediate inspection, refund, or replacement. Bvlgari is a prestigious brand, and this experience does not reflect that at all. Please take this matter seriously and contact me to resolve it.
