Just four days ago, I purchased a bottle of Shiseido Zen perfume, expecting the same quality I’ve trusted for years. To my shock, the packaging was completely different—made of what seems to be cheap wood instead of the elegant glass bottle I’m used to. Even worse, the scent doesn’t last at all. I spray it on, and within minutes, the fragrance completely disappears. This is not what I paid for, and I feel deeply disappointed and misled. I’ve always been loyal to this perfume, but this time it feels like I received a fake or defective product. I’m asking for this issue to be addressed immediately and a proper replacement or refund to be issued.
