Shein Sends My Package to the Wrong City, and I'm Still Waiting

I'm completely frustrated! My Shein package was delivered to the incorrect address in Ankara, despite the fact that I live in Istanbul, where the correct address was. I'm still waiting for the package I've been trying so hard to get delivered after more than a month of trying. My package's tracking number has indicated that it is currently in Ankara for the past two weeks, but there has been no movement toward delivery to me. When I called Shein's customer service, all they gave me was the phone number for PTT, which stands for Turkish Post and Telegraph Company, despite the fact that my package was supposed to be delivered by a different courier named Imile. Shein's customer service is currently unable to provide me with any assistance or support.
