My Shein package with tracking number GSO1UP30F000E71 has been showing as "arrived in Turkey" for over a week and a half, yet I have not received any updates or progress on its delivery. At this point, the item should have already been delivered to me, especially since I urgently need it. The lack of movement is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I expected better logistics from a global brand.
To make matters worse, I cannot reach anyone at Shein or Pal Express. There are no valid or functional contact numbers or customer service emails I can find. The complete lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable.
