Shein Order Stuck with Imile Shipping

I placed an order with Shein on 17.06.2023, with tracking number 6061923717230, which was shipped using the Imile courier service. This is the first time my order has been entrusted to this shipping company, and despite the products being in Turkey, I am unable to receive the delivery. For days now, the tracking status only shows that the package has been brought to/distributed from/returned to the logistics depot in Ankara. I am always at home, and there is never a moment when there isn't someone available to receive the package. However, I don't reside in Ankara; I live in Istanbul. I have no idea when my package will arrive in Istanbul or when I will be able to receive it. This is a significant order, and I kindly request that you resolve this issue promptly.
