About 1.5 months ago, I placed an order worth ₺2,000 on Shein. My order number is PALTR0001972756YQ, and my delivery address is in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. While the tracking information shows that the package entered the country, the status later changed to “delivery failed” and I never received my items.
I tried multiple times to reach the courier company Kargoist, but their phones are never answered. The only notification I received—both from Shein and Kargoist—was that delivery had failed, with no further explanation or solution provided.
This was my first time shopping with Shein, and I am unsure whether the products are even covered by any form of guarantee. I urgently request that my order be delivered to me as soon as possible. If that cannot be arranged, then I expect a full refund for my payment.
I kindly ask Shein and Kargoist to take responsibility for this failure and resolve my issue without further delay.
