I Can’t Track My SHEIN Order GSO1CU51900TXPB for 10 Days — No Updates or Delivery

I placed an order on SHEIN with order number GSO1CU51900TXPB, which included a dress, bag, and earrings. It has now been over 10 days, and the tracking status still shows that the package is stuck at the airport, with no updates or progress in the shipping information.

Despite reaching out to SHEIN’s customer service multiple times, I keep receiving the same automated response every time, and absolutely no real solution or action is being taken. I feel ignored and completely unsupported as a customer.

This order cost me nearly ₺900, and I am now worried that I may never receive the items I paid for. I urgently request a clear explanation about the shipping delay and immediate action to either locate and expedite my order or issue a refund. This level of service is unacceptable for such a well-known brand. I expect proper support and a prompt resolution to my complaint.
