I’ve Waited a Week but My Shein Order Still Hasn’t Moved After Airport Arrival
I placed an order on Shein, and it’s been stuck for over a week with no movement. The tracking status has shown the same update this entire time: “Arrived at airport.” But nothing has changed since then. There have been no updates, no progress, and no delivery, which is incredibly frustrating.
I’m not trying to cancel my order—I just want it delivered as promised. I’ve waited patiently, but enough is enough. There’s no explanation for the delay, no proper customer service response, and no option to speed things up. If the package is here in the country, why hasn’t it moved at all?
I’m demanding that Shein urgently process and deliver my order without further delay. Customers deserve accurate tracking and timely service. This experience has already wasted a full week of my time. Please resolve this issue immediately and make sure my order reaches me as soon as possible.
