I placed an order on Shein on October 27th for one dress, one bag, one top, and a pair of earrings. My order number is #GSO14A21N00MXL0. Since November 3rd, the tracking status has shown “arrived at destination airport.” There was previously an update saying the package had reached Istanbul, but that update has now disappeared, and the shipment still shows as stuck at the airport. Today is November 15th, and it has been 12 days with no movement or new information. I ordered these items early specifically for my birthday, but they still haven’t arrived.
I contacted Shein customer service in writing, and they told me there was no issue. However, my package has still not been delivered, and I haven’t received any real explanation.
I’m requesting an urgent update and delivery by November 20th. I would like this problem resolved as soon as possible.
