Shein Shipping Delay Complaint: Package Stuck at Airport

On November 3, I placed an order on Shein for a hair product totaling $32. My delivery address is in Istanbul. Since November 7, the tracking status has been stuck on “airplane arrived at destination airport,” and it hasn’t updated for 10 days. The only tracking available is through the Shein app—there is no external carrier or separate tracking number.

I contacted Shein customer service during this delay, but I haven’t received any response. I haven’t reported any damage or requested a cancellation; I simply want my order to be delivered as soon as possible.

I am requesting that this delivery delay be resolved immediately and that my order be shipped to me without further issues.
