I placed an order with Shein, and my tracking number is GSO1CU07900MU0Y. It’s been stuck at the airport for nearly two weeks with absolutely no movement or update. The delivery address I provided is: Royal Seginus Hotel, Kemerağzı Mahallesi, Antalya. Despite checking the tracking system daily, nothing has changed.

What’s worse is that I haven’t received any communication or explanation from Shein regarding why the shipment is delayed or when I can expect it to be delivered. There’s no reliable customer service channel to get answers, and the lack of support is unacceptable for an international platform.
