I placed an order with Shein, and my tracking number is GSO1CU07900MU0Y. It’s been stuck at the airport for nearly two weeks with absolutely no movement or update. The delivery address I provided is: Royal Seginus Hotel, Kemerağzı Mahallesi, Antalya. Despite checking the tracking system daily, nothing has changed.

What’s worse is that I haven’t received any communication or explanation from Shein regarding why the shipment is delayed or when I can expect it to be delivered. There’s no reliable customer service channel to get answers, and the lack of support is unacceptable for an international platform.

I’m requesting that Shein urgently provide an update on the status of my order and ensure it is delivered as soon as possible. I also want to understand why it’s been held at the airport for so long. As a paying customer, I deserve transparency and proper handling of my shipment. Please resolve this delay immediately.

My order was delivered within the specified date range. I just panicked because there was no shipping activity at all :)
