Order status types refer to the various stages an order passes through between the time it is placed and when it is delivered. The status of an order changes from the moment it’s placed. The “order processed” means the order has been received and is being prepared for shipment. Shein lets its customer cancel their purchases at this point. However, if the status of the order is marked "shipped," the retailer has sent it out for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, if your order is still in the processing stage and has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it. To check the status of your order, visit the My Orders page on the SHEIN website. If you miss the cancellation window, you can still return the item within 45 days of placing the order by using a return label. Keep in mind that after an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer an option. In such cases, you will need to follow the return process to request a refund.
