Shein Order Processing Without Payment Confirmation — Please Cancel
Through the Shein mobile app, I created an order on October 9–10 for dresses and lingerie items. However, I did not complete the payment process — I exited before confirming or paying for anything. Despite that, my “Orders” section shows that the items are being shipped. I also have a screenshot of this situation.
I tried to contact Shein customer service, but I couldn’t reach any representative for assistance. It’s unacceptable that my order appears to be shipped even though no payment authorization or transaction was made.
If my order was somehow processed, I request that it be canceled immediately and that no charges be applied to my account or card.
Please address this issue urgently and provide a clear explanation or confirmation.
