SHEIN: Duplicate Orders And Duplicate Charges
I placed an order on Shein’s US site on August 2, 2026 for one outfit consisting of a shirt, pants and a jacket. Due to what appears to be an error in the ordering process, two identical orders were created instead of just one. The duplicate orders are under order numbers GSU1RU24300N5K5 and GSUIRU24300NQ4L, each in the amount of $49.10 including taxes and any fees. I only want one of these outfits and I do not mind which of the two order numbers is kept, but I want the other order to be fully cancelled and refunded. I have already tried to resolve this by contacting Shein customer service by phone, but I was not able to reach any effective help and was directed to use another contact method. I then tried emailing Shein, but I have not received any response. I request that Shein immediately cancel one of the duplicate orders listed above, confirm which order will be shipped, and issue a full refund of $49.10 for the cancelled duplicate order to my original method of payment as soon as possible.
