SHEIN Order from August 27 Still Not Delivered, Requesting Refund
I placed an order through the SHEIN app on August 27, and it still hasn’t arrived. My order number is GSHNVK56200MYB1, and I expect my package to be delivered to my address within the next three days. If the order is not delivered by then, I want the order canceled and a full refund issued. I initially thought it would arrive within a month, but this delay has been far too long. If the package doesn’t arrive within the given timeframe, I will be requesting my money back.
Progress
I am complaining here for the second time about the same issue. I want a response now. My Shein order was supposed to arrive by September 21 at the latest, but it's been almost a month since then, and I've been waiting for my package for 2 months. The last notification was dated September 30, but even if I translate it, it's unclear what it means. I request information about my products, or I want an immediate refund.
