Shein Added Unexpected Fee After Order Checkout

I am writing about an order I placed today on Shein from Australia. The total for my jumpers at checkout was shown as $56.43 with free delivery. However, after placing the order, an additional $29.95 appeared as “other fees” which was never clearly stated before I confirmed and paid. I also tried to reach Shein customer service about this, but I was directed to pay an extra $2 and provide my bank details before I could continue, which made me very uncomfortable and I did not proceed. I request that the unexpected $29.95 fee be removed from my order and that any extra charges that were not clearly disclosed before payment be cancelled. I would like a clear explanation of why this fee was added after the fact and for my order to remain at the originally shown total of $56.43 with free delivery, without hidden or surprise costs.
