My ByBit Account Has Been Permanently Restricted Since September 30, 2026.

My Bybit account was suddenly restricted on 30 September right after I tried to get a withdrawal from my spot trading wallet. Since then I have not been able to access or use the funds I deposited on the platform, which total approximately 5,668 US dollars. Before this restriction, I was using my account normally and my last proper access to my spot wallet was on 15 September. I am registered and using Bybit from Bahrain. The only information I see on the app is a notice saying that suspicious withdrawal activities were detected on my account and that my withdrawal function has been temporarily restricted. Afterwards, my account was marked as permanently restricted, still without any clear or detailed explanation. I have never received any specific reason, code or concrete clarification from Bybit about why my account is blocked in this way. Since 30 September I have been in constant contact with Bybit customer support by chat and email, and every time I get the same generic answer: “We are continuing to review your account, please wait.” I have repeatedly stated that I am ready to provide any documents or evidence they may need to speed up the review, yet they have not requested anything specific and my situation has not changed. My funds remain locked and unusable on their platform for an unacceptably long period. I find it unfair and extremely stressful that such a large amount of my own money is kept inaccessible without a clear reason, a timeline, or any transparent communication, especially now that the account has been labelled as permanently restricted. I request that Bybit immediately complete the review of my account, lift the permanent restriction on my spot wallet and release my 5,668 US dollars so that I can access and use my funds freely. I also expect a clear written explanation as to why this restriction was applied and why the process has been dragged out for so long.
