My Shein Order Delayed Over 30 Days, No Updates or Delivery, Need Help Cancelling


It’s been nearly 30 days since I placed an order with Shein, and there’s still no movement on my package. I ordered on August 23, and the delivery estimate was between September 7 and 17, but now that time has passed, and I’ve received no updates. I’m frustrated with the lack of communication and want to know if I can cancel my order or if it will even arrive. This delay is unacceptable, and I don’t know what else to do at this point. Shein, please help me either get my order or process a cancellation as soon as possible. I need a resolution to this issue quickly.

I called PTT, and they said that the package has not entered Turkey and is still in China. When I checked with the tracking number, it says the product could not be found. It's been 32 days, please can you help me? I can't get any information from anywhere, and I can't return the items either; the products are not selectable on the return screen.

There is no progress, no information, I can't even track the products.

Shein just refunded the money, thank you. The money was credited to the account 8 days after creating the return request. Shein was very attentive regarding the return process. I would like to thank Shein and its employees.
