SHEIN Package Stuck at PDM Branch for Five Days - No Communication Available

I'm facing a frustrating situation with a SHEIN order. I canceled my order due to missing items, but I haven't received a refund yet. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but they've been unresponsive.
I'm at a loss as to what to do next. I'm not getting the missing items, I haven't received my refund, and I'm not getting any answers from customer service. This is unacceptable!
