My Shein Order Delayed Beyond Expected Delivery Date and Customs Fees Doubled

I placed an order with Shein, but it's been 27 days, and I still haven't received my items. The expected delivery date has already passed by 2 days. The last update I received was on August 15, and since then, I haven't gotten any further notifications or updates. To make matters worse, when I placed my order, the customs fee was 30%, but due to the delayed delivery, it has now increased to 60%. The new total amount is far beyond what I initially agreed to pay, and I am unable to cancel my order.
I am requesting that Shein address this issue and cancel my order immediately due to these complications. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with delays and unexpected charges, and I hope Shein will not reject my request to cancel the order. Please resolve this matter promptly and relieve me of this unnecessary burden.
