Parimatch Deposit Locked Due to Unaccepted Bonus Wagering Requirements

Today I deposited 400 INR into my Parimatch account and immediately afterwards my balance was locked by the site. When I checked the details, it showed that the 400 INR is locked “for a bonus” and there is a remaining wagering requirement, even though I did not accept or activate any bonus offer before or after making this deposit. Because of this situation I cannot freely use or withdraw my own money. I consider it unacceptable that my deposit is being held under bonus conditions that I never agreed to. I request that my 400 INR balance be unlocked immediately so that I can use or withdraw it without any wagering requirement linked to a bonus I did not accept.
