Shein Canceled My Order Without Notice After I Used a Discount Coupon
On November 30, 2025, I placed my order GSO1QA13A00Y9SX on Shein using a discount coupon that had been added to my account, and the order was successfully confirmed without any issues. My order was supposed to be delivered to my address in Kocasinan, Kayseri.
The next day, when I checked my order, I saw that it had been canceled and a refund process had been initiated—without any notification sent to me. I did not receive an email or an in-app alert, and I do not accept a cancellation being made without informing me.
I request that this order, which I placed using my discount coupon, be reactivated under the same conditions and the same price, and that the product be delivered to me as originally planned. I want to state that canceling an order without providing any notice is unfair and causes unnecessary inconvenience to customers.
