Sephora Deleted My 17,000+ Points After Purchase

I had over 17,000 loyalty points in my Sephora account, and just a couple of days after making another purchase, I logged in to find that all of my points had vanished—reset to zero. I didn’t return any products, didn’t violate any rules, and yet my entire balance was wiped out without notice.

After doing some research, I saw that thousands of other customers have experienced the same issue. This makes me question whether it's really just a “technical error” or a deliberate move to avoid issuing rewards.

Sephora, you have no problem collecting ₺1000+ from a single purchase, but when it comes time to honor basic point rewards, suddenly there’s a system glitch?

If this is truly an error, fix it immediately and restore my points. If not, at least be transparent about what’s going on. Customers deserve honesty, and right now, this feels incredibly disrespectful and dishonest. I demand an urgent resolution.
