Sennheiser Order Canceled Before Delivery – No Refund or Customer Support Response

I ordered a product from Sennheiser but decided to request a refund before it even arrived. My return request was accepted on the 16th, and I was told that further information would be provided. However, since then, I’ve received no updates, and I can’t reach customer service by phone or get a response to my emails. It’s been over a week, and I still have no idea when I’ll get my refund. This lack of communication is unacceptable. Sennheiser, I need my money back as soon as possible, and better customer support would be appreciated. When will my refund be processed?
