Difficulty with Repairing Sennheiser Wireless Headphones

I submitted a repair request for my Sennheiser wireless headphones, and the device was delivered on July 8. We spent about a week waiting, and then we were informed of missing documents. I emailed the invoice again. For 3 weeks, I requested updates on the process, and the only response I received was "the invoice is pending." What kind of unaware management is this? The brand should realize that it will lose trust with such service. I urgently request a response. Those considering buying Sennheiser headphones should research their service support before deciding on this brand!
